Measures Of Effectiveness
FIRST LEGO League conducts formal evaluations of its program on an
annual basis following the close of the official FIRST LEGO League
season in January. As in past years, a diverse group of
constituents are involved in developing and reviewing annual surveys
including program staff, board members, advisory committee members,
Tournament Partners, team coaches and external agencies.
Benchmark information was established over the past five years that
serve as the basis for all future program evaluations. The
Director and executive Director review program strategy, practices, and
statistics in conjunction with survey results to determine need and
process of implementation for procedural and programmatic changes.
